Job summary

SwiftCruit is seeking a Network & Telecom Support Engineer II to support and maintain our network and cloud telephony environments. The role emphasizes deploying and optimizing routers, switches, firewalls, and APs, as well as managing Cisco Webex Cloud, Webex Contact Center, and Vonage Contact Center platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant work experience in computer networks or telephony.
• Certifications such as ITIL, Cisco CCNA, or CompTIA Network+ are preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in deploying network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls, wireless APs).
• Participate in configuring network solutions per standards and best practices.
• Automate network configuration via CI/CD workflows.
• Contribute to SD-WAN deployment for efficiency and reliability.
• Assist in cloud connectivity and cloud-based telephony systems.
• Support telephony systems using automation tools and DevOps principles.
• Collaborate with vendors and PSTN partners to resolve issues and upgrades.
• Develop SOPs and maintain up-to-date network/telephony documentation.
