Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 4 years of experience in systems engineering or programming, or a High School Diploma/GED with 8 years of relevant experience.
• In-depth knowledge of networking technologies and protocols.
• Technical skills in network routing, switching, and provisioning, particularly with Cisco technologies.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional groups.
• Certifications such as CCNA or CCNP Routing and Switching are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 technical support for data or voice network systems, including monitoring and auditing performance.
• Configure and install network hardware and software infrastructure, ensuring compliance with SLAs and security standards.
• Collaborate with vendors and colleagues to implement services, manage network asset inventory, and assist with disaster recovery testing.
