Job summary

Vultr is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join our global Technical Support team. You will provide advanced technical support for Vultr’s products and infrastructure, acting as an escalation point for complex issues and aiding both customers and internal teams in diagnosing and resolving platform-related problems.

Responsibilities include responding to inquiries with technical guidance, overseeing incident analysis, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to prevent outages.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in enterprise technical support or similar advanced role.
• Strong Linux experience with command-line troubleshooting.
• Experience with enterprise networking concepts for platform issues.
• Experience supporting enterprise environments in IaaS/cloud contexts.
• Excellent customer service skills under pressure.
• Able to work 24/7 in a shift-based environment.
• Knowledge of enterprise GPU service delivery is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical guidance on Vultr products and services.
• Lead advanced troubleshooting and incident analysis on platform-level issues.
• Coordinate with system administration, engineering, networking, and other teams to resolve outages.
• Create, update, and maintain internal documentation and support procedures.
• Support enterprise customer environments for performance and availability.
