Job summary

Computer Solutions Group Inc seeks a seasoned Network Administrator to provide desktop, server, and network support across on-site and remote environments. The role involves troubleshooting, deployments, and customer-facing service for business and residential clients.

You will work with Windows/macOS desktops, Windows Server/AD, cloud services, and virtualization, traveling to client sites as needed. Strong communication and problem-solving are essential to delivering top‑tier support.

Qualifications

5+ years of professional IT support or network administration experience.
Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VLANs, DNS, DHCP).
Experience with virtualization platforms (Hyper-V, VMware).
Familiarity with cloud identity/security concepts (MFA, conditional access, IAM).
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Excellent communication and customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

Provide desktop and workstation support (Windows and macOS).
Manage servers (Windows Server, Active Directory, group policy).
Support network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, wireless).
Assist with cloud services administration (Microsoft 365, Azure, Google Workspace).
Travel to customer sites for onsite diagnosis, installation, and maintenance.
Deliver professional customer service in offices and homes.
Document work and follow internal processes.
Collaborate with internal teams and escalate complex issues.
