Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking an RN for the Infant Special Care Unit in Evanston, IL. This is a full-time position (36 hours/week) with rotating day and night shifts and weekend rotation. You will provide safe, compassionate nursing care and lead support staff in a collaborative care environment.

Requirements include NLN-accredited nursing program, IL license, BLS/CPR, and 1 year of acute care or ISCU experience; NICU/ISCU experience preferred. The role offers premium pay and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

NLN-accredited nursing program required; BSN strongly preferred.
BLS/CPR certification for Healthcare Provider (AHA) required.
Current IL nursing license required.

Responsibilities

Independently provide safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care in the ISCU.
Utilize the nursing process in planning, implementing, and evaluating the patient plan of care.
Guide and direct assigned unlicensed assistive personnel in delivering interdisciplinary patient care.
Communicate and collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care.
Contribute to safety outcomes and promote high quality patient experience.
