Endeavor Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Infant Special Care Unit in Evanston, IL. The ISCU nurse will deliver safe, compassionate care and lead a care plan using the nursing process, while guiding support staff and collaborating with the health team.

Candidates should have NLN-accredited training, IL RN licensure, and BLS/CPR certification; BSN is strongly preferred. This is a full-time position with weekend rotation and shift options.

Qualificações

• Graduate of a NLN accredited school of nursing; BSN strongly preferred.
• BLS/CPR certification for the Healthcare Provider required (AHA).
• Current IL Nursing Licensure required.

Responsabilidades

• Independently provide safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care in the ISCU.
• Utilize the nursing process in planning, implementing, and evaluating the patient plan of care.
• Guide and direct assigned unlicensed assistive personnel in delivering interdisciplinary patient care.
• Communicate and collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care.
• Positively contributing to safety outcomes and promoting high quality patient experience.
