Endeavor Health in Evanston, IL (ISCU) is seeking a Registered Nurse for Infant Special Care Unit. Full-time options available; hours include day and night shifts with weekend rotation and float coverage.

Candidates should have a NLN-accredited nursing program graduate, a current IL RN license, BLS certification, and 1 year of acute care or ISCU experience; NICU/ISCU experience is preferred. Earn premium pay and benefits with opportunity for growth.

Qualifications

• NLN accredited nursing school graduate; BSN strongly preferred
• BLS/CPR certification for Healthcare Provider required (AHA)
• Current IL Nursing Licensure
• 1 year of acute care or ISCU experience preferred
• NICU/ISCU experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Independently provide safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care in the ISCU
• Utilize the nursing process in planning, implementing, and evaluating the patient plan of care
• Guide and direct assigned unlicensed assistive personnel in delivering interdisciplinary patient care
• Communicate and collaborate with healthcare team for optimal patient outcomes
• Contribute to safety and high-quality patient experience
