Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Infant Special Care Unit in Evanston, IL. This full-time role offers 36 hours weekly with 07:00-19:30 and 19:00-07:30 shifts, including weekend rotation and float coverage as needed.

You will provide safe, compassionate nursing care, utilize the nursing process, guide assigned unlicensed personnel, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal outcomes and a high-quality patient experience.

Qualifications

• NLN-accredited nursing program completed
• BLS/CPR certification for Healthcare Providers required (AHA)
• Current IL nursing license/registration required
• 1 year of acute care nursing or ISCU experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate nursing care in the ISCU
• Apply the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Supervise and coordinate unlicensed assistant personnel
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Promote safety and high-quality patient experiences
