Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking an RN for the Infant Special Care Unit (ISCU) in Evanston, IL. This full-time role requires 1 year of acute care or ISCU experience and IL licensure, with BSN preferred. Weekend rotation and 36 hours weekly schedule are included.

Responsibilities include independent ISCU nursing, using the nursing process, supervising unlicensed staff, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure safe, high-quality care. BLS/CPR certification is required.

Qualifications

NLN-accredited nursing program completed.
BLS/CPR certification required (AHA).
Current IL nursing license.
1 year acute care or ISCU experience.
NICU/ISCU experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Independently provide safe, effective nursing care in the ISCU.
Utilize the nursing process in planning, implementing, and evaluating the patient plan of care.
Guide and direct assigned unlicensed personnel in delivering interdisciplinary patient care.
Communicate and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Contribute to safety and high-quality patient experience.
