Job summary

Syngenta Seeds is seeking a Golden Harvest Sales Representative to cover Central Nebraska in the Valley, Greeley, Sherman, Howard, Buffalo and Hall counties. This role drives growth by promoting a broad portfolio of hybrids and partnering with local resellers.

The candidate will have 2+ years in sales, strong negotiation, and the ability to work independently on a virtual team. Living in the territory is required and you will execute territory plans.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales or sales leadership; agricultural sales experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a virtual team.
• Strong customer focus and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide access to hybrids portfolio and recruit/manage resellers
• Consultative selling and building trust with customers
• Deliver plans and offers to targeted customers via channel partners
• Develop territory business plans and Seed Advisor plans
• Coach Seed Advisors on product placement to improve satisfaction
• Manage budget and marketing funds within guidelines
