Job summary

Team Industrial Services is seeking an entry-level NDT Assistant to support certified technicians in nondestructive testing at client sites. You will help set up inspections, prepare materials, and assist with safety and documentation to ensure smooth field operations.

The role requires willingness to travel, ability to work in industrial environments, and compliance with safety standards. Opportunities exist for training and growth within the inspection and technical services track.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to obtain TWIC, DISA, and/or other site access credentials.
• Willingness to travel and work in multiple environments (Oil & Gas, Nuclear, Power, etc.).
• Pass pre-employment drug/alcohol screening and background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist certified NDT technicians with inspections (UT, MT, PT, RT, etc.).
• Prepare and organize materials, tools, and equipment for testing.
• Support radiation safety practices and secure work areas for radiography where applicable.
• Transport equipment to/from job sites and maintain inventory control.
• Complete field reports and timesheets as directed.
• Follow safety rules and site protocols; work extended shifts and weekends as required.
