Job summary

TEAM Industrial Services, Inc. seeks an entry-level NDT Assistant to support certified technicians in nondestructive testing at client sites. This role kicks off a career in asset integrity and inspection, emphasizing safety, support, and operational excellence across TEAM's testing operations.

You will assist with inspections (UT, MT, PT, RT), prepare materials and tools, and travel as needed to diverse industrial environments, while adhering to safety and procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug/alcohol screening and background check.
• Must obtain TWIC, DISA, or other site access credentials.
• Willingness to travel and work in various environments (Oil and Gas, Nuclear, Power, etc.).
• Willingness to work extended shifts, weekends, and varied schedules.
• Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in diverse conditions.

Responsibilities

• Assist certified NDT technicians in setting up and performing inspections (UT, MT, PT, RT).
• Prepare and organize materials, tools, and equipment for testing assignments.
• Support radiation safety practices and secure work areas for radiographic testing where applicable.
• Transport equipment to and from job sites and maintain inventory control.
• Ensure tools and work areas are cleaned and maintained.
• Complete field reports, timesheets, and other documentation as directed.
• Follow safety rules, client site protocols, and TEAM's Life Critical Expectations.
• Perform rigging, lifting, and access equipment setup duties.
