Job summary

TEAM, Inc. is seeking an entry-level NDT Assistant to support certified technicians in delivering nondestructive testing services across multiple client sites and locations.

This role offers hands-on field work and a clear path to develop a career in asset integrity and inspection while upholding safety, quality, and operational excellence. You will assist with inspection preparation, equipment handling, documentation, and field tasks in accordance with TEAM procedures and client requirements.

Qualifications

• 0-1 year of experience in NDT or related field.
• Familiarity with basic NDT methods and terminology.
• Ability to follow established procedures, safety requirements, and client site protocols.

Responsibilities

• Assist certified NDT technicians in setting up and performing inspections using UT, MT, PT, and RT.
• Prepare and organize materials, tools, and equipment for testing assignments.
• Support radiation safety practices and secure work areas during radiographic testing.
• Transport equipment to and from job sites and maintain inventory control.
• Clean and maintain tools, equipment, and work areas.
• Complete field reports and other required documentation.
• Follow safety rules and client site protocols.
• Perform rigging, lifting, and other general labor duties.
• Travel to various client sites as required.
