Job summary

TEAM Industrial Services, Inc. is seeking an entry-level NDT Assistant to support certified technicians in delivering nondestructive testing services at client sites. This role is a critical first step in building a career in asset integrity and inspection.

You will assist with inspections, transport equipment, maintain tools, and help ensure safety and accurate field documentation. Willingness to travel and work extended schedules is required, with opportunities for growth within the

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must pass pre-employment drug/alcohol screening.
• Ability to obtain TWIC, DISA, and/or other site access credentials.
• Willingness to travel and work extended shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist certified NDT technicians in setting up and performing inspections (UT, MT, PT, RT, etc.)
• Prepare and organize materials, tools, and equipment for testing assignments
• Support radiation safety practices and help secure work areas for radiographic testing (where applicable)
• Transport equipment to and from job sites, maintaining safe handling and inventory control
• Ensure all tools and work areas are cleaned and maintained
• Complete field reports, timesheets, and other documentation as directed
• Follow all safety rules, client site protocols, and TEAM's Life Critical Expectations
• Perform general labor duties related to rigging, lifting, and access equipment setup
