Job summary

TEAM Industrial Services, Inc. seeks an entry-level NDT Assistant to support certified technicians in nondestructive testing across client sites. You will help set up inspections (UT, MT, PT, RT) and prepare materials and equipment.

This role emphasizes safety, travel, and hands-on learning in oil, gas, nuclear, and other environments. Candidates should have a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and the ability to pass a background and drug screen as required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Able to pass pre-employment drug/alcohol screening.
• Must obtain TWIC and DISA access credentials.
• Willingness to travel and work in various environments.

Responsibilities

• Assist certified NDT technicians in setting up inspections (UT, MT, PT, RT) per procedures.
• Prepare and organize materials, tools, and equipment for testing.
• Support radiation safety practices and secure work areas for radiographic testing.
• Transport equipment to and from job sites, maintaining safe handling and inventory control.
• Complete field reports, timesheets, and other documentation as directed.
• Follow safety rules, site protocols, and TEAM's Life Critical Expectations.
• Perform general labor duties related to rigging and access equipment setup.
