Team Industrial Services, Inc. is seeking an entry-level NDT Assistant to support certified technicians across client sites.

The position offers hands-on experience with UT/MT/PT/RT and related equipment, with opportunities for growth into advanced inspection, project management, or leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Entry-level NDT role; willing to train and grow in asset integrity
• Familiar with basic NDT methods and terminology is a plus
• Current safety certifications (e.g., OSHA) are desirable
• Ability to travel to client sites; valid driver's license required
• Ability to pass pre-employment screenings and obtain site access credentials

Responsibilities

• Assist certified NDT technicians in setting up inspections (UT, MT, PT, RT, etc.)
• Prepare materials, tools, and equipment for testing assignments
• Support radiation safety practices and secure work areas for radiographic testing
• Transport equipment to and from job sites with safe handling
• Maintain tools and work areas; complete field reports and timesheets
• Follow safety rules and client site protocols; adhere to TEAM's Life Critical Expectations
• Perform general labor duties related to rigging and access equipment setup
• Work extended shifts and travel as required
