Job summary

TEAM, Inc. is seeking an entry-level NDT Assistant to support certified technicians in delivering nondestructive testing services at client sites and locations.

The role offers a pathway to grow within asset integrity, inspection services, and safety-focused operations. The NDT Assistant will help with inspection setup, equipment handling, documentation, radiation safety where applicable, and general field operations while following TEAM and client procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug/alcohol screening and background check.
• Ability to obtain TWIC, DISA, and/or site access credentials.
• Willingness to travel and work in oil, gas, nuclear, power, aerospace and related environments.
• Willingness to work extended shifts, weekends and varying schedules.
• Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.

Responsibilities

• Assist NDT technicians in setting up and performing inspections (UT, MT, PT, RT).
• Prepare materials, tools, and equipment for testing assignments.
• Support radiation safety practices and secure work areas for radiographic testing where applicable.
• Transport equipment to job sites and maintain inventory control.
• Complete field reports and timesheets as directed.
• Follow safety rules and client site protocols.
• Perform general labor duties related to rigging and access equipment setup.
