Job summary

TEAM Industrial Services, Inc. seeks an entry-level NDT Assistant to support certified technicians in nondestructive testing across client sites. This role is a pivotal first step toward a rewarding career in asset integrity and inspection, emphasizing safety, reliability, and teamwork.

You will assist in setting up inspections, preparing materials and equipment, and maintaining site safety practices. Travel to diverse locations is required, with training and growth opportunities in inspection

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug/alcohol screening and background check.
• Must obtain TWIC, DISA or other site access credentials.
• Willingness to travel and work in Oil & Gas, Nuclear, Power and other environments.

Responsibilities

• Assist certified NDT technicians in setting up and performing inspections at client sites.
• Prepare and organize materials, tools, and equipment for testing assignments.
• Support radiation safety practices and secure work areas for radiographic testing where applicable.
• Transport equipment to and from job sites and manage inventory.
• Complete field reports, timesheets, and other documentation as directed.
• Follow all safety rules and client site protocols.
