Job summary

Serco is seeking an experienced Program Manager for its Naval Acquisition and Sustainment Operation (NASO) to oversee engineering and technical services for Navy Carrier and Surface Ship overhaul and repair programs. The role requires DoD Secret level clearance post-employment and active citizenship.

Qualifications

Master Degree in Engineering with ABET accreditation plus 8–10 years of experience; Bachelor + 15 years may be considered.
Extensive experience in Navy and DoD acquisition processes including Naval Ship new construction, modernization, and Navy C4I programs.
Current DoD security clearance or ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

Lead and support business development and proposal efforts related to U.S. Navy Aircraft Carrier and Surface Ship Engineering and Maintenance Teams.
Identify NASO new business areas in the US and international markets.
Manage personnel to support short-term and long-term contract efforts.
Cultivate relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
