Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant industry experience with executive level impact.
• Self-starter with a history of delivering projects with limited oversight.
• Experience in development and management of diverse teams.
• Experience in strategic planning and program management.
• Ability to analyze and interpret business financial data.
• Commitment to HDR values and employee ownership culture.
• Willingness to travel 20-40%.

Responsibilities

• Lead Navy (including Marine Corps) Programs' strategic direction and vision.
• Support sales teams to achieve Navy Programs goals.
• Develop projects, markets, budgets, staffing, and marketing materials for Navy Programs.
• Oversee program execution across disciplines: cost, scheduling, procurement, quality, risk, and governance.
• Coordinate with Federal Regional Directors and manage Navy Programs staff and client relations.
• Prepare budgets and monitor performance to meet defined goals.
• Guide policy, risk management, and compliance within Navy Programs.
• Mentor teams and partner with leadership to align with company strategy.
