HDR is seeking a Navy Programs Director to lead, develop, implement, and monitor programs for the United States Navy. You will oversee staff development, capture new business, manage budgets, and align with executive leadership to drive growth across diverse disciplines.

Qualifications

• 15+ years relevant industry experience
• Executive-level leadership experience in large, complex organizations
• Demonstrated ability to develop and manage diverse teams
• Experience in strategic planning and program management
• Ability to analyze and interpret business financial data
• Commitment to HDR values and employee ownership
• Willingness to travel 20–40%

Responsibilities

• Lead Navy (including Marine Corps) Programs strategic direction and visioning
• Support sales teams to achieve Navy Programs sales goals
• Develop projects, markets, and programs for Navy Programs
• Plan, direct, and monitor program execution across multiple disciplines
• Coordinate with Federal Regional Directors and Navy Programs staff
• Prepare annual budgets and monitor Navy Programs performance
• Monitor Navy Programs direction, policies, risk, and governance
• Collaborate with leaders across the company on program initiatives
• Potentially serve as project principal/program manager on significant contracts
• Engage with client bases and partnering organizations
