Job summary

HDR is seeking a Navy Programs Director to lead the Federal Business Group's Navy Programs in the United States, including Marine Corps, with responsibility for new business prospects, technical services, and program management.

You will collaborate with Federal Regional Directors and company leaders to plan budgets, align strategies, and oversee staff development, quality, and risk management. Travel 20-40% is required. This role may serve as a project principal on select contracts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, planning or science; master’s preferred.
• Proven leadership in large, complex organizations at executive level.
• Strong strategic planning, program management and financial analysis skills.
• Commitment to HDR values and employee-owned culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead Navy (including Marine Corps) Programs strategic direction and growth.
• Support sales teams to achieve Navy Programs goals and develop new projects.
• Plan, direct, and monitor program execution across multiple disciplines.
• Coordinate with Federal Regional Directors and staff; manage budgets and risk.
