• 15+ years relevant industry experience.
• Self-starter with a history of delivering projects with limited oversight.
• Deep knowledge of procurement in the A/E/C industry and client management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Navy Programs strategic direction and visioning.
• Support sales teams to achieve Navy Programs goals.
• Plan, direct, and monitor program execution across multiple disciplines.
• Coordinate with Federal Regional Directors and client management teams.
• Prepare annual budgets and monitor performance for Navy Programs.
