Job summary

KBR Defense and Intel Growth Organization is seeking a Navy/Maritime Division Growth Lead to shape and execute growth strategy, leveraging DoW and Navy/USMC relationships to capture new business and expand the division. You will collaborate with Operations, Capture, and Proposal teams to align resources and drive the pipeline.

• Deep understanding of end-to-end business development and capture processes.
• Proven ability to develop and capture new business with DoW and Navy/Maritime customers.
• Strong network with Navy/USMC decision makers and government contractors.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and shaping opportunities early.

Responsibilities

• Develop growth plans aligned with D&I strategic goals.
• Maintain an accurate Salesforce pipeline with updates.
• Lead and mentor Capture Managers and BD resources.
