Job summary

KBR Defense and Intel Growth is seeking a Navy/Maritime Division Growth Lead to partner with leadership, develop growth strategies, and drive pipeline for major DoD programs. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, capture management excellence, and strong customer relationships.

The position requires extensive BD experience, a Top Secret clearance, and a track record of leading large-scale captures within a mature organization. Hybrid work with national travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
• 15+ years in business development and capture of contracts >$250M.
• Experience with senior government leaders and capture leadership.
• Experience in mature capture organizations and LOE/BOE development.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, science or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop growth plans aligned with D&I goals.
• Identify growth areas and new business opportunities.
• Maintain Salesforce pipeline with updates.
• Collaborate across Growth, Operations, Solution Architecture, Proposals.
• Lead and mentor Capture Managers.
• Shape opportunities with customer engagement and win strategy.
• Ensure smooth transition from capture to delivery.
• Manage Keep-it-sold initiatives and customer relationships.
