Job summary

Saronic Technologies is seeking an experienced Director of Growth to lead shaping and long-term capture opportunities with the United States Department of Defense in unmanned maritime systems. You will build and lead a high-performing team, coordinating with senior leadership to develop and propose compelling programs with rapid execution and impact.

The role requires deep DoD acquisition knowledge, including PPBE, CONOPs, and accelerated pathways, with a focus on INDOPACIFIC.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in strategic growth with DoD programs.
• Deep knowledge of PPBE, acquisition processes, reform, and rapid acquisition pathways.
• Strong network across DoN/ASN, Navy, USMC, SOCOM, IC.
• Ability to build, develop and scale a high-performing team for ACAT II or similar programs.
• Active TS/SCI clearance (polygraph or full scope a plus).

Responsibilities

• Shape, develop and implement a strategic approach to capture a Program of Record.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Business Development, Program Management, and Legal to craft proposals and contracts.
• Drive creative problem solving to address unique DoD capture challenges.
• Ensure regulatory and company standards adherence (ITAR, cybersecurity, MIL-STD).
• Provide insights to executive leadership on contracts and proposals strategies.
