Job summary

KBR Defense and Intel Growth Organization seeks a Navy/Maritime Division Growth Lead to shape and execute the division’s growth strategy. You will partner with D&I operations leadership and Navy/Maritime Account Executives to develop pipelines, refine capture plans, and drive opportunities from shaping to award.

The role requires DoD relationships, DoW/Navy/Maritime market knowledge, a Top Secret clearance, and at least 15 years in business development and capture for contracts over $250M.

Qualifications

Top Secret clearance; SCI eligibility required.
Minimum 15 years of experience in business development and capture for contracts >$250M.
Proven ability to lead senior-level collaboration and cross-functional teams.
Bachelor’s degree in business, science, or a related field.

Responsibilities

Develop growth plans aligned with D&I strategic goals.
Maintain a defendable Salesforce pipeline with regular updates.
Lead and mentor Capture Managers and ensure disciplined capture processes.
Sharpen win strategies and coordinate with operations, Solution Architecture, and Proposal teams.
Ensure opportunities progress through milestones with informed bid/no bid decisions.
