Job summary

Serco is seeking a Helpdesk Support Specialist to support the CNIC N6 program for the U.S. Navy. The role requires a DoD Secret clearance, U.S. citizenship, and a high school diploma or higher.

Candidates will manage user accounts, telecom services, VTC, VOIP, encryption devices, and related IT infrastructure. Travel up to 10% may be required. This position reports to Serco Inc., with benefits and a strong security-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve network or domain user trouble calls.
• Activate or reactivate telecom services.
• Troubleshoot user domain accounts including SIPRNet/NIPRNet.
• Assist in implementing and upgrading SIPRNet/NIPRNet and telephone drops.
• Support data encryptors installation and maintenance.
• Support VTC endpoints and related setup/troubleshooting.
• Assist in cabling infrastructure (fiber/copper) pathways.
• Support VoSIP telephones and related systems.
• Assist with printers, scanners, fax machines and other office devices.
• Help test and implement security policies on user devices.
• Develop site surveys and cost estimates for user requirements.
• Train users as required.

Education

High School Diploma/GED

Associates Degree + 6 yrs exp

BA Degree + 4 yrs exp

Masters Degree + 2 yrs exp
