Job summary

Serco Inc. is seeking a Helpdesk Support Specialist to support the CNIC N6 program for the U.S. Navy. The role requires a DoD Secret clearance, U.S.

citizenship, and familiarity with SIPRNet/NIPRNet interfaces. You will implement, troubleshoot, and upgrade telecom and computing services while coordinating security policy applications. Ideal candidates hold a DoD 8570 Level II certs and have strong MS Office skills, plus the ability to travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret security clearance required.
• US Citizenship is required for eligibility.
• 8+ years of relevant experience, or applicable higher education with experience.
• DoD 8570 Level II compliant certification (e.g., Security+, CAP, CISSP, CISM, CISA).
• Ability to travel up to 10% and possess a valid US passport.

Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve network or domain user trouble calls.
• Assist with activation/reactivation of telecom services.
• Troubleshoot user domain accounts including SIPRNet/NIPRNet.
• Install and maintain SIPRNet, NIPRNet, and telephone drops.
• Support data encryptors and VTC endpoints setup and troubleshooting.
• Assist in cable infrastructure and VoSIP telephony deployments.
• Support printers, scanners, and other office devices.
• Help implement security policies for user computing platforms.
• Perform site surveys and develop cost estimates for requirements.
• Provide user training on systems as required.
