Job summary

Saronic Technologies Inc. is seeking a Senior Growth Manager, Navy to own our Navy growth portfolio and shape opportunities across the Navy enterprise.

You will develop demand, manage the pipeline from shaping to award, and build durable relationships with OPNAV, NAVSEA, and PM offices to expand our Autonomous Surface Vessel capabilities. You will lead proposals and negotiations, monitor Navy budget cycles and design trends, and implement scalable processes to support rapid growth while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Political Science, or related field.
• 8+ years in Navy/DoW business development, program management, or active naval service with successful captures preferred.
• Substantive experience with Navy organizations (OPNAV, NAVSEA, NAVWAR, PAE, SMWDC, etc.) or deployed operations.
• Strong understanding of Navy mission domains and unmanned systems.
• Familiarity with Navy acquisition, PPBE, POM cycles, and DoD regulations.
• Ability to lead end-to-end captures from qualification to negotiations.
• Excellent written and oral communication and executive briefing skills.
• Ability to obtain/maintain DoD security clearance; Secret active, TS/SCI preferred.
• Willingness to travel and work in a startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Navy Demand Generation: identify stakeholders and build awareness to pull for ASVs and funded requirements.
• Pipeline Development: own Navy pipeline from shaping to award with tailored capability materials.
• Relationship Building: maintain relationships with Navy and industry partners; represent at events.
• Proposal Development & Negotiation: craft tailored proposals and lead contract negotiations.
• Navy Market Intelligence: track budgets, priorities, and unmanned programs to guide strategy.
• Process Implementation: shape business processes as the company scales.
