Frontier Technology Inc. seeks a Navy Growth Lead to drive strategic growth within the United States Navy by shaping opportunities from initial mission engagement to contract win and scaled adoption.

The role requires deep Navy mission knowledge, acquisition pathways, and trusted relationships across fleet operations, sustainment, logistics, maintenance, and program offices. You will collaborate with technology, engineering, capture and growth teams to convert mission relevance into contracts.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizen with an active TS/SCI clearance.
• 10+ years of Navy/DoD operational, sustainment, acquisition or modernization experience.
• Deep understanding of Navy missions, acquisition pathways, and mission priorities.
• Proven ability to develop pipeline from early engagement through contract award.
• Strong network across Navy operational and mission-support communities.

Responsibilities

• Drive Navy market growth by developing and executing account strategies.
• Identify Navy mission problems and shape solutions addressing operational needs.
• Build trusted strategic relationships across Navy ecosystems.
• Engage stakeholders to align platforms with emerging challenges and opportunities.
• Execute mission-focused solution sales from engagement to proposal stages.
• Identify and mature opportunities across SBIR/STTR, OTAs, IDIQs and other vehicles.
• Drive expansion within Navy organizations after initial wins.
