The Navigator at the Technical College of the Lowcountry will provide intrusive advising, onboarding, orientation, coaching, career assessment and guidance to students from application to graduation. The role involves teaching First Year Experience courses and managing a diverse caseload to support guided pathways.
Responsibilities include tracking student progress, coordinating early alert interventions, and communicating with faculty and student services to ensure up-to-date program knowledge

Bachelor’s degree and experience in Student Services programs
Bachelor’s in education, Communication or Pathways specific area; One (1) yr of experience in student services, preferably in student advising in a community college setting.
