Roxbury Community College (RCC) on-campus is seeking a Navigate360 Student Support Assistant to help students access Navigate360 and RCC resources, provide peer-facing tech support, and assist with workshops and engagement activities. This Level II position develops communication, technology, and organizational skills while gaining professional experience in student success operations.
The part-time, on-campus role runs Fall 2026 through Spring 2027 with 8–10 hours per week (up to 18.5).

Position Summary
The Navigate360 Student Support Assistant supports RCC's student success and retention initiatives by helping students effectively access and use Navigate360 and other College resources. Working collaboratively with Student Success and Retention staff and participating Care Units, the Student Support Assistant provides peer-facing technology support, conducts coordinated student outreach, assists with workshops and engagement activities, and helps connect students with appropriate academic and student-support resources. This Level II position is designed for students who are prepared to apply communication, technology, organizational, and interpersonal skills with increasing independence while developing professional experience in student success operations, educational technology, outreach, and student engagement.
