Position Summary
The Student Success Project Lead is an advanced student leadership position supporting strategic initiatives designed to improve student engagement, resource navigation, and success in foundational gateway courses. Working under the Academic Success Technology Coordinator, the Project Lead provides project coordination, supports outreach and communication strategies, contributes to workshop design and facilitation, develops student-facing resources, and helps coordinate activities across participating Care Units. This Level III position provides an advanced work-based learning experience for a student prepared to demonstrate significant independence, leadership, professional communication, project coordination, and technology skills.

The Student Success Project Lead may serve as an advancement opportunity for students who have successfully demonstrated Level II competencies through previous RCC student employment or comparable professional experience. Previous RCC employment is not required; students who already demonstrate the competencies required for Level III may apply directly.
