Job summary

Roxbury Community College (RCC) on-campus is seeking a Navigate360 Student Support Assistant to help students access Navigate360 and RCC resources, provide peer-facing tech support, and assist with workshops and engagement activities. This Level II position develops communication, technology, and organizational skills while gaining professional experience in student success operations.

The part-time, on-campus role runs Fall 2026 through Spring 2027 with 8–10 hours per week (up to 18.5).

Responsibilities

• Assist students with logging in to and locating basic student-facing features in Navigate360.
• Provide routine directions on appointment scheduling and where to locate RCC resources.
• Prepare outreach lists, handouts, sign-in materials, and other student-success materials as directed.
• Enter or organize non-confidential program information and maintain routine activity logs.
• Refer advising, academic, financial-aid, or case-management questions to the appropriate professional staff member.
• Assist with check-in, room setup, and other administrative support for student-success workshops and events.
