Job summary

Serco’s Naval Acquisition and Sustainment Operation seeks a Project Manager to oversee engineering and technical services for overhaul and repair of U.S. Navy surface ships. The role requires a DoD clearance and leadership of HM&E and related systems support.

The position is based in Everett, WA, with up to 25% travel, offering growth within a high-performing maritime engineering team at Serco.

Qualifications

• DoD Secret/clearance is required.
• Bachelor's degree with related engineering/technical management experience.
• Extensive experience with maintenance, repair, or overhaul in naval contexts.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering and technical teams for maintenance planning and overhaul of naval HM&E and related ship systems.
• Oversee inspections, analysis, and repairs of propulsion and auxiliary equipment.
• Coordinate with ship's force and reactor/propulsion departments as needed.
• Develop work packages and training for onboard operations and maintenance.
• Manage personnel and cultivate relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
