Job summary

Serco Inc. seeks an experienced Program Manager to oversee engineering and technical services for overhaul and repair of U.S. Navy Aircraft Carriers and surface ships. This role requires DoD Secret clearance post-employment and citizenship.

The successful candidate will lead business development, manage personnel on short- and long-term contracts, and build strong stakeholder relationships across Serco’s NASO organization and US/ international markets.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering (ABET- accredited) with 8–10 years of experience, or Bachelor with 15+ years in engineering leadership.
• Extensive experience in Navy and DoD acquisition; Naval Ship construction, modernization, and Navy C4I programs.
• Current DoD security clearance or ability to obtain/maintain Secret clearance; US citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support business development and proposals related to Navy Carrier and Surface Ship Engineering and Maintenance Teams.
• Identify NASO new business areas in US and international markets.
• Manage personnel to support short- and long-term contract efforts.
• Cultivate relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
