Qualifications

• Master degree in Engineering or equivalent with substantial experience; or 15+ years with a relevant bachelor.
• Extensive experience in Navy and DoD acquisition processes for ships and C4I programs.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain DoD Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support business development and proposal efforts for Navy carrier and surface ship programs.
• Identify NASO opportunities in the US and international markets.
• Manage personnel to support short- and long-term contract efforts.
• Cultivate relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
