Job summary

RTX is seeking an Operations Manager for the Naval Power Engineering Execution Department. This hybrid role supports capital planning, staffing, forecasting, and governance, partnering with senior leaders to drive efficient operations.

Applicants must hold an active DoD Secret clearance, U.S. citizenship, and experience with CapEx, Power BI/Power Apps, and cross-functional collaboration. Travel is required.

Qualifications

• Experience operating autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience across functions and disciplines, including influencing without authority.
• Experience collaborating with senior leaders.
• Experience with CapEx planning or execution.
• Active and transferable U.S. government-issued Secret security clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Support the NP Engineering leadership team in efficient and effective operations across the organization.
• Support Capital planning and execution activities.
• Support staffing and demand forecasting.
• Facilitate CORE and annual goal alignment processes.
• Drive process improvements into organization operations.
• Collaborate across NP Engineering leadership team, disciplines, and governance organization.
• Travel is required to meet organizational objectives.
