R-2 Contractors, Inc is seeking an experienced Utility-Scale Concrete Foreman to lead field crews on concrete foundation projects across the United States. This field leadership role requires safely planning, coordinating, and executing daily concrete operations while delivering high-quality workmanship and mentoring crew members.

Reporting to the Superintendent and Project Management, you will oversee formwork, reinforcing steel, concrete placement, finishing, curing, and quality control,

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of utility-scale or heavy civil concrete construction experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Concrete Foreman leading field crews.
• Willingness to travel nationwide 100% to active project sites.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to complete pre-employment drug screening and background check.

Responsabilités

• Lead and supervise daily concrete construction activities for utility-scale foundation projects.
• Plan daily work assignments and coordinate crews, equipment, materials, and subcontractors.
• Read and interpret project drawings, specifications, layout information, and construction documents.
• Coordinate reinforcing steel installation, formwork, anchor bolt assemblies, embedded items, concrete placement, finishing, and curing activities.
• Ensure work is performed safely, accurately, and in accordance with project specs and quality standards.
• Complete daily reports, production tracking, and required project documentation.
