Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Project Manager 1 for our Advanced Facilities Group to lead large, multi‑discipline projects nationwide. The role emphasizes safety leadership, preconstruction coordination, and detailed schedule and cost management across subs, owners and design teams.

The successful candidate will drive project execution from preconstruction to closeout, travel as needed, and uphold JE Dunn’s standards of quality and client relationship building.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
• 5+ years construction management experience.
• Valid driver’s license; willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of the company’s safety culture and create awareness.
• Manage the pre‑start process and bid packages.
• Develop and manage project schedule; monitor progress.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, owners, design team and vendors.
• Prepare monthly cost and margin forecasts and assist in budgeting.
• Lead project reviews, meetings and closeout activities.
