The candidate will drive safety, scheduling, procurement, and subcontractor coordination to deliver complex industrial and manufacturing projects. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in construction management, a Bachelor’s in a related field, and readiness to relocate or travel

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
• 5+ years construction management experience or equivalent.
• Willingness to travel and relocate as needed.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads all aspects of project management from preconstruction through closeout.
• Champions safety culture and ensures compliance on site.
• Manages prestart, buyout, and subcontractor coordination.
• Develops and maintains project schedule and budget with Lean practices.
• Prepares and submits change requests and owner/architect approvals.
