Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Define and lead service operations strategy for a national dealer network.
• Design and deploy a scalable Business Operating System to drive consistency and results.
• Lead enterprise service operations, including metrics, reporting, and governance.
• Drive standardized operating standards, performance, and financial outcomes across locations.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Industrial Management, or related field
