Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years of documented world class lean manufacturing experience.
• Plant management or significant operations leadership experience required.
• Expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent methodologies; formal certification preferred.
• Ability to travel 25–50% to support multi-site operations.

Responsibilities

• Architect and lead a multi-year transformation strategy that accelerates operational excellence maturity.
• Partner with executive leadership to define strategic priorities and ensure alignment on transformational initiatives across functions.
• Lead the design and deployment of an integrated operational excellence roadmap across all manufacturing sites and distribution centers.
• Drive high-impact lean initiatives that strengthen operational performance and deliver measurable outcomes.
