Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; combination of relevant work experience and leadership experience will be considered.
• Progressive leadership experience in multi-site operations, service, parts, or industrial environments.
• Experience leading leaders and developing teams across multiple locations.
• Strong financial acumen with budgets, forecasts, margins and expenses.

Responsibilities

• Lead Parts and Service business across multiple sites within the assigned Area with full accountability for financial performance and operations.
• Provide direct leadership and development to Service Managers, Parts Managers, and Area leaders.
• Drive profitable growth by improving service execution, parts performance, and customer relationships.
• Own Area-level business planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management.
