Trane Technologies plc is seeking a Services Operations Leader to shape service strategy across a nationwide dealer network, leading the design and execution of standardized operating systems and performance management. You'll partner with area leaders and cross-functional teams to drive growth, efficiency, and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in service operations in a commercial setting.
• Experience in transportation, commercial vehicle, dealership, industrial service, heavy equipment, or similar complex service environments preferred.
• Experience designing and deploying best practices, operating disciplines, and performance standards across dispersed teams.
• Demonstrated success leading multi-site service organizations across geographically dispersed operations.

Responsabilités

• Define and lead the service operations strategy for Thermo King’s company-owned dealer network, focusing on standardization, performance, and growth across service and parts.
• Design, deploy, and continuously improve a scalable BOS to drive consistency and results across the national services organization.
• Lead as enterprise leader for service operations, parts operations, process design, and branch-level performance.
• Establish and drive nationwide operating standards, metrics, and routines to improve productivity, efficiency, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
• Influence and align branch leaders, service managers, parts teams, technicians, and back-office teams around common standards and financial goals.
• Monitor performance against financial and operational targets and provide recommendations to improve growth, profitability, and customer outcomes.
