Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking a Regional Energy Services Operations Leader for the Mid-Atlantic Region to drive contracting fulfillment, operational excellence, and project execution. You will lead engineering teams, collaborate with sales and operations, and ensure customer satisfaction and strong financial performance.

The role requires eight+ years in facilities or construction, experience with building automation systems, and willingness to travel across the region; a valid driver's license

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum eight years of experience in facilities or construction preferred.
• Experience with contracting processes for building automation systems and turnkey projects preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver regional results.

Responsibilities

• Lead contracting fulfillment processes to enable operational excellence and regional objectives.
• Ensure quality and execution across post-order contracting, equipment, services, and building automation.
• Oversee project development engineering teams for alignment and delivery of energy services solutions.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and engineering during preconstruction to define requirements and constructability.
• Drive customer satisfaction and maintain accountability for regional financial results.
