Job summary

Trane Technologies plc in the Americas seeks an Operational Excellence Leader to drive enterprise-wide transformation across the Integrated Supply Chain. You will shape a multi-year strategy, mature our lean BOS, and partner with ISC and business leadership to align performance with the company’s global vision.

You will oversee capabilities across manufacturing facilities and distribution centers in Residential HVAC, leading senior leaders and value stream stakeholders toward Premier Performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• 15+ years of world-class lean manufacturing experience.
• Plant management or significant operations leadership experience.
• Expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent methodologies; formal certification preferred.
• Ability to travel 25–50% to support multi-site operations.

Responsibilities

• Architect and lead a multi-year transformation strategy that accelerates operational excellence maturity and aligns with enterprise objectives for growth, sustainability, customer satisfaction, and productivity.
• Partner with executive leadership to define strategic priorities and ensure alignment on transformational initiatives across functions.
• Lead the design and deployment of an integrated operational excellence roadmap across all manufacturing sites and distribution centers, ensuring scalable practices, continuity, and alignment with enterprise goals.
• Drive high-impact initiatives that strengthen operational performance, reduce risk, enhance customer experience, and deliver measurable financial and strategic outcomes using Lean, Six Sigma, and other advanced problem‑solving methodologies.
• Develop and execute a long‑term capability‑building strategy for leaders and teams, embedding a culture of continuous improvement and strategic thinking across the ISC organization.
