Trane Technologies plc is seeking a Rental Sales Leader to own the Rental Services sales strategy across the United States and Canada. You will lead a cross-functional team, enable the regional sales force, and drive growth through accountable, data-driven leadership.

You will oversee CRM usage, compute key metrics, and collaborate with Operations, Product Management, and Finance to expand market penetration and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field.
• 7-10+ years of progressive leadership experience in industrial services or asset-intensive businesses.
• Proven P&L ownership with a track record of driving revenue growth and margin performance.
• Strong commercial acumen with sales enablement, go-to-market strategy, and customer partnership development.
• Strategic, data-driven decision-maker with financial literacy.
• Collaborative 'player/coach' leader balancing growth with execution.
• Experience in HVAC, power generation, climate solutions, or equipment rental preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the comprehensive sales strategy for Rental Services across the United States and Canada.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of business development and commercial resources.
• Enable the national rental sales force with strategic direction and enablement.
• Drive sales excellence and accountability through CRM and sales tools.
• Partner with regional leadership to develop key account plans and expand demand.
• Serve as the voice of the field on the Rental Services Leadership Team.
• Analyze performance metrics including pipeline, win rate, fleet utilization, and revenue vs. plan.
• Maintain customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and corrective actions.
