Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. in the United States seeks a Technical Account Manager for the National Security team. The TAM serves as the strategic technical advisor to National Security customers, guiding them to adopt AWS services across compute, storage, ML, security, and more.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or comparable security or cloud certification.
• At least 2 years of technical engineering experience.
• Current TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.

Responsibilities

• Partner with national security customers to craft and execute adoption strategies for AWS services.
• Represent AWS in customer environments and lead discussions with senior leadership regarding incidents, trade-offs, support, and risk management.
• Advise on architecture, security, and best practices; maintain customer environments operationally healthy.
• Build strong, trusted relationships with customers to understand business and technical challenges.
• Travel up to 10% of the time as needed.
